NEONATAL CIRCULATION - Wednesday, October 12, 2011

Goals:

  • To provide a scientific basis for assessment of the transitional circulation in the preterm infant.
  • To discuss practical aspects of assessment and management of sick preterm infants with circulatory compromise.

Learning style:

  • Formal lectures and small group workshops led by international experts.

Participants are encouraged to submit an interesting case (focussing on decision making process and doubts, 2-4 slide format presentation). Representative cases will be selected to enrich the discussion in the interactive workshop.
